Another week of training under my belt. I'm really sore from lifting on Saturday. I ran 10 miles at Tempe Town Lake on Sunday morning. I was limping really badly for the first half mile. Once things warmed up a bit, I was able to run more smoothly. I miss running at the lake. There's always lots of people there and things to look at. There are always crews on the lake rowing. It's fun. Went to yoga after my run. It felt great to get everything stretched out and I was even able to do the Crow Pose... a balancing pose where you balance your weight in your hands, knees propped up on your elbows. I was very proud of that accomplishment. Today I ran an easy 4 miles and then swam 3600 yds in the pool. Now I have the rest of the day free!
